1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "You," or "Your") and anjili ("anjili," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the anjili online gaming platform, website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering for an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, or using any of our gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference. anjili reserves the right to modify, amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with the account closure procedures outlined herein.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older to register for an account, access the Platform, and participate in any gaming activities offered by anjili. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and any other applicable jurisdiction. anjili strictly prohibits minors from accessing or using the Platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification documents such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID card. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable timeframe may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and whenever accessing or using the Platform. Online gambling services provided by anjili are intended solely for residents of the Philippines and are offered in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions in your jurisdiction. 2.3 Account Information and Verification

During the registration process, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, and email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds. anjili reserves the right to verify your identity, age, payment method ownership, and any other information provided during registration or at any subsequent time through a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You agree to cooperate fully with all verification requests and to provide any additional documentation reasonably requested by anjili, including but not limited to copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification.

2.4 Account Ownership and Restrictions

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account with anjili. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or under false or borrowed identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If anjili discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that you maintain multiple accounts, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or close all such accounts, void any bets placed, and forfeit any winnings or bonuses. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any account credentials to any third party. Your account is personal to you and may not be used by any other person. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other account credentials, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

3. Account Security and Responsible Use

3.1 Password Security

You must choose a strong, unique password for your anjili account and maintain its confidentiality at all times. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security, you must immediately notify anjili customer support. anjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; (b) attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other user accounts, or anjili systems or networks; (c) interfering with or disrupting the integrity, security, or performance of the Platform; (d) using any automated means, including bots, scripts, or scrapers, to access the Platform or collect information; (e) engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, fraud, or other unfair practices; (f) exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or games for personal gain; (g) reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any aspect of the Platform; (h) using the Platform to launder money or engage in other financial crimes; (i) harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or anjili staff; or (j) using the Platform while located outside the Philippines or in any prohibited jurisdiction.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

anjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through various payment methods approved for use within the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers to major Philippine banks such as BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment processors as may be made available from time to time. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). You agree to use only payment methods registered in your own name and for which you are the authorized account holder. Using payment methods belonging to third parties, including family members or friends, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

anjili may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits depending on the payment method selected. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance immediately upon successful processing, although processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. anjili reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit if we have reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is fraudulent, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits. anjili does not charge deposit fees unless otherwise specified at the time of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Procedures and Verification

To request a withdrawal, you must have completed all required identity verification procedures and satisfied any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions. Withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval by anjili. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, payment method ownership, and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected but are typically completed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours for verified accounts. anjili may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits and may charge reasonable processing fees as disclosed at the time of withdrawal request.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

anjili is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing in accordance with Philippine law and international standards. All financial transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. You agree that anjili may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and may freeze or close accounts if money laundering or other illegal activity is suspected. Funds deposited into your account must be used primarily for gaming purposes and must be subject to reasonable wagering activity before withdrawal. Withdrawals back to the originating payment method may be required to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

anjili may offer various bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limitations, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotional terms. You must carefully read and understand all promotional terms before participating in any bonus or promotion. Failure to comply with promotional terms may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

Wagering requirements specify the amount of play-through required before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount before requesting a withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and certain other game types may contribute less or not at all. anjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be abused. Any suspected bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing opposite bets, or employing risk-free betting strategies, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Outcomes and Random Number Generation

All games offered on the anjili platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds from licensed providers to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined randomly and independently of previous results. anjili does not and cannot influence or manipulate game outcomes. 6.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure that affects game outcomes, all affected bets will be void and refunded. anjili is not liable for any losses resulting from game malfunctions beyond the refund of affected bets. 6.3 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following betting practices are strictly prohibited: (a) collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage; (b) using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; (c) exploiting software errors or game vulnerabilities; (d) engaging in arbitrage betting or risk-free betting strategies across multiple platforms; (e) irregular betting patterns that indicate bonus abuse or fraudulent activity; and (f) any other practice that anjili determines, in its sole discretion, to be unfair or detrimental to the integrity of the Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in bet voidance, account suspension, and forfeiture of winnings.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the anjili platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, software, game interfaces, and compilation of content (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of anjili or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The anjili name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the proprietary marks of anjili or its affiliates. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with prior written consent from anjili.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, anjili, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and suppliers (collectively, "anjili Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Platform, even if anjili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. anjili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You acknowledge that your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless anjili Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; (d) any content or information you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform; or (e) any fraudulent, negligent, or wrongful conduct by you. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Platform.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

anjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Platform, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) failure to provide requested verification documents; (d) chargebacks, payment disputes, or suspicious financial activity; (e) bonus abuse or violation of promotional terms; (f) creation of multiple accounts; (g) use of the Platform while located in a prohibited jurisdiction; (h) self-exclusion or voluntary account closure; or (i) decision by anjili to cease offering services to you. Upon account closure, any outstanding bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you, minus any amounts owed to anjili, subject to applicable terms and verification requirements. anjili is not liable for any damages arising from account suspension or termination.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. By using the Platform, you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting anjili customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days through informal negotiation, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution. You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

12. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

anjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide various tools to help you maintain control over your gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. You can access these tools through your account settings or by contacting customer support. If you believe you have a gambling problem or are at risk of developing one, we strongly encourage you to seek professional help. Self-exclusion allows you to voluntarily suspend your account for a specified period ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. However, you may not opt out of transactional or service-related communications, such as account verification, security alerts, or changes to these Terms.

15. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of anjili to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by anjili.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies or guidelines incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and anjili regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral. No amendment or modification of these Terms shall be binding unless made in writing and posted to the Platform by anjili.
